Economic Development
Revitalizing Manufacturing
Our campaign is dedicated to promoting sustainable economic development by embracing innovative solutions that benefit both our economy and our environment. Inspired by Bethlehem Steel's legacy as a pillar of industry, we aim to bring manufacturing back to our city in a way that honors our past while building a sustainable future.
Bethlehem was built on steel, and it’s time to bring that legacy back to life. As your City Council representative, I will work tirelessly to revitalize manufacturing and bring steel production back to our city. By investing in carbon-neutral steel production methods, we can create good-paying jobs, boost our local economy, and restore Bethlehem’s reputation as a hub of innovation and industry. Together, we can forge a stronger, more sustainable future for our community.

Affordable Housing
Ensuring Access for All
Our campaign is dedicated to advocating for affordable housing solutions that benefit all residents of Bethlehem. We believe in creating safe and stable housing options for individuals and families, regardless of their background or financial status.
Before COVID-19, a three-bedroom apartment in Bethlehem cost $1,999 per month to rent. Today, that cost has surged to $2,999, with housing prices following a similar trend. To responsibly address this affordability crisis, I propose reducing square footage requirements for lot sizes and dwelling units across all zoning districts by one-third. This adjustment would restore previous cost thresholds while maintaining parking requirements to preserve quality of life. On-street parking along property frontage, where permitted, should also be factored into parking calculations, with reserved parking prohibited. Coupled with increased salaries from economic growth driven by revitalized manufacturing, this plan will bridge the cost-income gap, making housing both affordable and abundant.
As your City Council representative, I am committed to implementing these changes to ensure Bethlehem remains a thriving and accessible community.

Infrastructure Improvement
Building a Better Community
Improving the infrastructure of Bethlehem is a top priority for our campaign. We are committed to enhancing the city's roads, bridges, public transportation, and utilities to create a more efficient and sustainable urban environment.
Infrastructure is the backbone of a thriving community. Well-maintained roads, sidewalks, bridges, and parks enhance quality of life, support local businesses, and ensure safe and efficient transportation for residents. Investing in infrastructure means investing in Bethlehem’s future, making it a place where families, workers, and businesses can flourish.
Revitalizing manufacturing will be a major driver of economic growth, creating jobs and boosting local revenue. Additionally, strategic housing requirement adjustments—such as reducing square footage minimums—will expand the tax base by increasing housing availability and affordability. These combined efforts will generate the financial resources needed to fund critical infrastructure improvements, ensuring Bethlehem’s roads remain smooth, sidewalks are safe, bridges are strong, and parks continue to serve as vibrant community spaces.
As your City Council representative, I will advocate for policies that prioritize infrastructure investment, ensuring Bethlehem remains a dynamic and well-connected city. Strengthening our foundation today paves the way for a more prosperous tomorrow.

Homelessness Support
Aiding Those in Need
Addressing homelessness is a crucial aspect of our campaign. We aim to provide support services, temporary shelters, and long-term solutions to help individuals experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives and regain stability.
Bethlehem is a compassionate city, and we have a responsibility to do more for our homeless community. As a city council member, I will advocate for dedicated funding in the city budget to establish a Homeless Launch Program, providing small, affordable dwellings at a minimal rental cost. A portion of each resident’s rent will be placed into a launch account, ensuring they have the financial resources needed to transition successfully into stable housing.
To support lasting independence, the program will integrate mental health services and addiction recovery resources, tailored to each individual’s needs. By creating a pathway from temporary shelter to self-sufficiency, we can give every resident the opportunity to rebuild their lives and rejoin our community as productive, empowered members.

Fiscal Responsibility
Ensuring Taxpayer Funds are Allocated Efficiently
Fiscal responsibility is essential for building a resilient and thriving community. By carefully managing Bethlehem's finances, we can ensure that every dollar is used effectively to support vital services, maintain infrastructure, and invest in sustainable growth. As a City Council member, I will prioritize transparent and responsible budgeting, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals. This commitment will allow us to safeguard taxpayer contributions, fund critical initiatives, and create a solid foundation for Bethlehem’s future prosperity.
